Lynn McKenzie.
DIRECTOR
I’m CIM Qualified with 20 years’ experience in marketing roles both in-house and agency side.
I’ve worked with businesses across a wide variety sectors including charity, food and drink, professional services and property. I’m strategic marketer with a blend of traditional skills and a sound digital knowledge.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve developed a specialism in delivering marketing projects for many major new home builders. I love all things property related from developing marketing campaigns to interior design.
I love music, yoga and my amazing friends and family.
Raymond MacHugh.
DIRECTOR
I’ve worked in marketing and design for the last 27 years, owning and running design agency, Keywest, for over 20 years.
I’ve worked with businesses across many sectors including a number of new homes builders such as: Bett Homes, Persimmon, PQ Developments, Ambassador Homes, Thomas Mitchell Homes, Meridian Homes, Best at Braehead, Gladedale among others.
I’m well connected and respected in the industry for my knowledge, expertise and innovation, always ensuring a client’s budget is effectively spent with solid and measurable results.
I enjoy volleyball, family and have a love of all things pizza related. (do ask!)
Jen Watson.
SENIOR DESIGNER
I’ve worked in various design and advertising agencies across Glasgow over the last 25 years gaining valuable experience in a wide variety of sectors.
I’m an enthusiastic and motivated self starter with a meticulous eye for detail and good all round knowledge of the industry. I’m hard working and adaptable, committed to achieving the highest standard of results for our clients.
I pride myself on creating consistently accurate artwork on a variety of projects such as brochures, signage, emailers, menus and development plans ensuring a brand consistency for clients.
I love live music gigs and have an unhealthy love for Mac Cheese and Chips!

With over 15 years in marketing and communications, I’ve found real joy in helping brands and organisations tell their story in a way that connects and makes an impact. From big international names to small non-profits, I love diving into the challenge of building multi-channel campaigns and bringing people together to make them happen.
The ever-evolving industry keeps me on my toes -learning, experimenting and discovering new ways to build strategies that really make a difference.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually catch me outdoors - hiking across Scotland’s beautiful landscapes with my family and our wonderfully chaotic border collie.

I’m a graduate in Accounting & Economics student from Strathclyde University.
I’m resourceful, with a strong work ethic and always keen to learn and develop skills and knowledge relevant to the industry.
I play an important role in the day to day smooth running of client activities and help out the other team members in their tasks.
Unfortunately for me, I’m a long suffering Dundee United supporter!

RESIDENT OFFICE DOG
Originally from tranquillity of Fife, Oscar is an outgoing and lovable Border Terrier who makes friends wherever he goes.
With a natural talent for winning people over, he’s known for sitting on their feet as his unique way of claiming them as his own. His happy place will always be the beach, but he’s been embracing big-city life in Glasgow with plenty of enthusiasm.
Whether chasing after his beloved ball or hoping for a bite of pizza (his favourite food), Oscar brings joy and energy to every adventure.

RESIDENT OFFICE DOG
Marley might just be the world’s cuddliest Border Collie. Technically, he’s from a working line - but don’t mention the “W” word around him. He’s convinced life is meant for naps, cuddles and chasing fun, not sheep.
His biggest obsession? Squirrels in Kelvingrove Park. He chases them with all the enthusiasm in the world, though (thankfully for the squirrels) he’s never actually caught one… yet.
Marley’s true happy place is anywhere outdoors - climbing up a hill, sniffing his way through the woods, or stretching out on a beach.
